• All following terms and conditions are explained in the appropriate agreement. No miscellaneous charges are included in the mentioned current rates.
• Daily rental is 24 hours. Hertz allows a grace period of 1 hour, after which 1/12 of the daily rate will be charged for each hour late.
• All bookings are confirmed by group category and not by car model. If a reservation cannot be honored on the requested category, Hertz will proceed to serve a higher category vehicle.
• In case of theft, robbery, fire or collision, the agreement will terminate upon delivery of the pertinent police report.
• Promotions and discount programs are not cumulative and may be altered without prior notice.
• Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years and must have a valid drivers license of country of origin held for at least two tears.
• All rentals are subject to deposits to cover additional costs, such as fuell, damage excess, etc.
• An additional 10% fee applies for all rentals picking up and dropping off at airport locations and in following cities: Córdoba, Comodoro Rivadavia, El Calafate, Esquel, Jujuy, Mendoza, Neuquén, Posadas, Puerto Madryn, San Luis, San Juan, Trelew, Tucumán and Ushuaia.
• An additional fee of U$S 0,58 per kilometer applies for all rentals picking up and dropping off at different cities.
• Hertz will charge an extra cost at the following cases: stereo theft, additional driver, diesel vehicle and child seat.
• Some restrictions or extra charges may apply on one way rentals.
